Sidian Assembles Non-Dilutive Grant Pipeline Ahead of Q4 2026 Seed Round
Sidian has pursued non-dilutive grant applications across MAS AIDA, OCBC Emerging Enterprise, and Startup SG Tech, ahead of a targeted seed round in Q4 2026.
A Capital Strategy Built on Regulatory Alignment
Sidian Pte. Ltd. has pursued non-dilutive grant applications across three programmes, positioning the company ahead of a targeted seed round in Q4 2026.
The pipeline reflects Sidian's deliberate strategy of pursuing grant capital that simultaneously validates the company's core regulatory thesis: that pre-execution AI compliance infrastructure is a necessity for Singapore's MAS-regulated financial institutions.
Grant Pipeline Overview
MAS AIDA Grant. The Monetary Authority of Singapore's Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics grant supports AI-driven financial solutions. This application was submitted and was not successful. Sidian's broader engagement with MAS's FinTech Office remains active and ongoing, independent of this specific grant outcome.
OCBC Emerging Enterprise Award. Sidian has been shortlisted as a finalist in the OCBC Emerging Enterprise programme, which identifies high-potential Singapore businesses and provides both financial support and institutional network access — directly relevant to Sidian's target customer base of MAS-regulated financial institutions. A decision is expected September 2026.
Startup SG Tech. EnterpriseSG's Startup SG Tech programme supports proof-of-concept technology development through co-funding. Sidian's Stage 2 Project Proposal is under formal evaluation by EnterpriseSG. The programme includes an equity warrant mechanism tied to a qualifying future equity round.
Why Non-Dilutive Capital First
Sidian's approach prioritises grant capital at the pre-seed stage for a straightforward reason: the company's value proposition is regulatory infrastructure, and grant engagement with MAS and EnterpriseSG constitutes meaningful third-party validation of the product's regulatory relevance. For institutional customers evaluating the Guardian SDK or RegOS, a product that has been assessed as grant-eligible under MAS's own AI governance framework carries weight in procurement conversations.
Seed Round: Q4 2026
Sidian is targeting a seed round in Q4 2026, with a subsequent funding round targeted for 2027. Proceeds will be used to accelerate Guardian SDK integrations with early institutional partners, grow the Navigator SaaS subscriber base, and build out the Sidian compliance and engineering team.
Institutions and investors interested in early partnership or investment conversations are invited to contact the Sidian team at info@sidian.sg.
